  • BA 100: Signature Learning Experience

  • First-Year Writing, Calculus, Economics 101

  • Inclusive Leaders Pathway: Milestone 1

  • Financial Accounting

  • Introduction to Business Communication

  • Additional UM/Ross elective credits

Year 2:

  • BA 200: Signature Learning Experience

  • Managerial Accounting

  • Business Strategy

  • Transfer Students will take: Financial Accounting, Intro to Business Communication

  • Inclusive Leaders Pathway: Milestone 2

  • Limited Business Electives

Year 3:

  • Ross Integrative Semester: Business-themed real-world challenge

  • Behavioral Theory, Professional Communication Strategy, Business Law and Ethics

  • Floating Core: Applied Economics, Financial Management, Marketing Management

  • Business Electives (16–18 credits incl. global experiences)

  • Inclusive Leaders Pathway: Milestone 3

Year 4:

  • Capstone Experience

  • Corporate Strategy
