Our program is designed to prepare students for careers in the management of public and private sector organizations.Our faculty are the best in the business. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the management sector, and they are excited to share their wisdom with you.You will be learning inside and outside of the classroom -- in the state-of-the-art LaPenta School of Business, a hub of creativity, collaboration and possibility, and in the community with service-learning, internships, competitions, and other challenges.You will gain an understanding of how organizations are structured, and you will develop the thinking, traits, knowledge and skills essential to be a leader in any business. You will study organizational behavior, as well as human resource management.Special emphasis is given to interpersonal and decision-making skills to help you sharpen your leadership skills.

A 3.0 GPA prior to admission.Satisfactory GRE scores.A brief, typewritten autobiography, speaking to the candidate's family background, educational background, work experiences and the reasons for choosing teaching as a profession.An interview with a member of the education department.A program plan of study signed by the adviser, and, in the case of adolescence or secondary education programs, also signed by the chair of the subject area department.Sign a Dispositional Commitment Form.
