Entrepreneurship is a possible field of study for business students in a bachelor's degree program. An entrepreneurship major applies business, finance and management principles to starting or owning a business. The entrepreneurship major in a four-year Bachelor of Business Administration program combines general education and internship courses with the core business curriculum. Entrepreneurship programs teach students how to transition into leadership roles within a family business, as well as how to draft a business plan from scratch. Simulation courses give students the opportunity to put together business plans with fellow students.
