Program Overview

St. Scholastica offers a finance major and minor that will prepare you to work in three main areas: financial management, investment, and financial markets and institutions. Our finance programs feature small class sizes taught by our dedicated faculty. They have extensive real-world experience in finance and will offer you one-on-one guidance as you build your academic and career plans.Even as you study the latest best practices in the industry and learn about up-to-the-minute news and events, you'll be solidly grounded by your overall liberal arts curriculum and the College's Benedictine values. Ethical decision making is a fundamental part of all coursework in the Stender School of Business and Technology.Our alumni have gone on to careers as actuaries, financial analysts, fund managers, marketing analysts and more.
