Bachelors in Nonprofit Management

You will learn the basics of economics, accounting and finance elements to successfully run a nonprofit organization while studying effective writing and oral communication techniques for workplace environments. In addition, you will learn to create and publish print, digital and emerging forms of communication with a focus on cross-cultural communication and communication in professional settings. Finally, you will explore strategies, tactics and skills for reaching multiple publics (customers, donors, community members, etc.); methods for handling a public relations crisis; ways to motivate publics to achieve the organization s goals; and how organizations use social media to spread messages, capture dollars and connect to their publics in our Social Media Concentration.
