Whether you have a small, medium-size or large business, good management is critical to success. RIC's B.S. in management program consists of three concentrations: general management, human resource management and operations management. You will learn, among other skills, how to create a coherent organizational strategy, how to make the optimal use of resources, how to analyze data for managerial decision making and how to develop recommendations to keep the organization moving forward.
