The BS in Data Science (Engineering) is an interdisciplinary program jointly administered by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) in the College of Engineering and the Department of Statistics in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA). The program blends rigorous foundations in computer science and statistics with hands-on experience in machine learning, data mining, and AI to extract insights from large, complex datasets.
Flexible major structure allows for double majors (except with Computer Science) and most minors
