Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades combines a rigorous academic program with extensive clinical practice in our Professional Development Schools partner sites. Students assigned to a middle grades inquiry team take courses together and have 10-hour-a-week internships in Professional Development Schools. Three internships are required prior to student teaching. New middle grades teams begin in the fall semester and continue for four consecutive semesters.
