BS Early Childhood Education

The Program of Early Childhood Education strives to prepare dedicated students in the field of education in acquiring the knowledge to understand how you children develop and learn, meeting the evolving needs of our society. To assist candidates in acquiring the knowledge they need to understand how young children develop and learn. To prepare candidates who are knowledge of the importance of building family and community relationships. To provide candidates with the skills needed to plan meaningful curriculum experiences for diverse learners. To expose candidates to a variety of strategies to assess the behavior, instructional needs and capabilities of young children.
