UAB’s Early Childhood and Elementary Education teacher certification programs prepare educators to recognize and meet the evolving needs of P-6 students in their earliest exposure to education. Teacher candidates will earn a B.S in either Early Childhood Education (P-3rd grade) or Elementary Education (K-6th grade) and qualify for Class B teacher certification in Alabama.
