University of DaytonAs a student in the Early Childhood Education program at the University of Dayton, you'll learn to instill a love of learning in young children. You'll prepare to teach children ages 3-8 (pre-kindergarten through the 3rd grade) through our program, which integrates early childhood courses with information about children with special learning needs.
Official secondary transcripts (in language of original issue), Essay, Letter of reccomendation, Proof of English proficiency by submitting TOEFL, IELTS, PTE (minimum score of 80 for TOEFL, 6.5 for IELTS, 4.5 for Itep, 60 for PTE), SAT and ACT test scores, Financial documentation. US universities use a holistic admissions review. Beyond grades and standardized test scores, they weigh the strength of your overall profile to understand who you are as a student and a person.
Profile Assessment: Applicants are generally assessed on their preparation in English, social sciences, research and quantitative reasoning. Statistics may be particularly helpful for Psychology, Education Research, Public Policy and other research-based programs.
