This program prepares students for careers in outdoor, education, adventure, programming, wilderness therapy, and other educational/organizational settings. It prepares students to be effective teachers and leaders in educational, recreational and therapeutic settings. Students combine a liberal arts education with professsional leadership development through service-learning opportunities with real clients in schools and community organizations.
Completed Application, Official High School transcripts or General Equivalent Diploma(GED), Letter of Recommendation, Test scores: ACT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL US universities use a holistic admissions review. Beyond grades and standardized test scores, they weigh the strength of your overall profile to understand who you are as a student and a person.
Profile Assessment: Applicants are generally assessed on their preparation in English, social sciences, research and quantitative reasoning. Statistics may be particularly helpful for Psychology, Education Research, Public Policy and other research-based programs.
