Candidates should apply for Teacher Education Program admission in the sophomore year since TEP admission is required for 300-level methods courses. Students seeking initial secondary certification are required to complete a bachelor's degree from the following teaching preparation programs: biological science, business, chemistry, earth and space science, English, mathematics, physics or social studies.
