Program Overview

The BSEd in Special Education prepares full-time undergraduate teacher-education candidates seeking a bachelor's degree in education and licensure as an LBSI (K 12) teacher. A secondary outcome is for these candidates to be certified as elementary teachers. The program trains candidates to work with students with special needs, ages 3 21, across the curriculum and in inclusive classroom settings.
