Learn more about careers working with children with disabilities through our minor in special education. Our coursework is designed to train thoughtful classroom leaders who put their students' needs first, always thinking about respect and inclusivity. You'll learn about disability law and educational policy, giving you a solid foundation to build upon as you study best practices in teaching.The special education minor is a perfect fit for fields outside of education, including social work, psychology, occupational and physical therapy, and many other human services fields.
