A program that focuses on the application of biomedical, psychological, and physical principles to the study of the scientific bases, development, and treatment of speech, language, hearing, and cognitive communication problems caused by disease, injury, or disability. program is designed to prepare students for entry-level professional practice in speech-language pathology. The program offers students a comprehensive learning experience one that combines active classroom-based learning with an assortment of hands on learning opportunities at the many clinical sites available on or near the University of Florida campus.
