Program Overview

The Computer Technology Networking concentration focuses on configuring and maintaining local area networks in various network operating system environments. The emphasis is on entry-level network administration (i.e. managing active directory and network services), desktops, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance. In addition to the required program courses, students can select from a wide range of electives to complement their knowledge and further their interests in the field of networking, including courses in programming, web/multimedia development, databases, security and forensics.
