Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency through an approved English test score or official transcripts qualifying for an approved waiver.
English proficiency may be demonstrated through graduation from a U.S. high school or IB school with at least two years of coursework, or completion of 24 transferable U.S. college units with a 2.0 GPA, including the equivalent of CBU’s ENGL 1130 course.
Standard: Minimum 2.5 GPA; Joint: Minimum 2.5 GPA with insufficient language proficiency, requiring completion of the Intensive English Program before starting the undergraduate program.
