The baccalaureate curriculum in Construction Management Technology (CMT) prepares a student for a practitioner's role in industry, government or institution in construction management. Graduates are qualified for various jobs related to this field. Graduates can communicate effectively and have the necessary teamwork and leadership skills to work and participate effectively in a team environment. Also, graduates will have professional growth and life-long learning skills that engineering technologists need to succeed in both the workplace and the society in general.

A Cooperative Education (Co-Op) is an optional experiential program available at the College of Engineering where students can gain professional work experience before graduation. It is designed to give them the chance to apply the knowledge learned in the classroom to real life problems. They will be exposed to the latest technology and new ideas at a worksite helping them understand their field of work more extensively. During the Co-op, students will make valuable connections with professionals in their field. A cooperative education can enhance and strengthen students academically, professionally and personally.
