As a chemical engineering major at Clarkson, you'll learn to combine chemistry and applied mathematics with engineering to prepare you for career success. You'll learn in the classroom and in state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with excellent facilities. You'll also have opportunities to participate in research, working side by side with faculty mentors. Outside-the-classroom hands-on learning opportunities are also available through the SPEED program. Many of our students also make important connections and receive on-the-job training through internships and coops at leading companies.
