Rutgers University NewarkThe Engineering Transfer Program is designed for currently enrolled students in the Newark College of Arts & Sciences (NCAS) interested in a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. The Pre-Engineering program offered at Rutgers University Newark is in collaboration with the Rutgers School of Engineering on the New Brunswick/Piscataway campus.
