Program Overview

MEM students graduate with a BS degree conferred by both the School of Engineering and the School of Business. At graduation you would be part of an elite cohort with two tassels hanging from your mortarboard, MEM graduates have immense flexibility to work as practicing engineers or to focus on a business career. Companies find MEM graduates to be well rounded employees who see the big picture. Due to our unique curriculum, our graduates have been very successful in getting coveted Leadership Development Program positions at major companies that introduce them to multiple sides of the business and prepare them for a fast track to promotion. MEM graduates also have one of the higher starting salaries of both engineering and business majors.
