Program Overview

Grade Requirements: A grade of "C" or better in all courses used toward the certificate (a grade of "C" is not acceptable). Credit Hour Requirements: Minimum of 6 credit hours from the Department of Geography, and 12 credit hours from the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. The remaining 13 credit hours earned from completing either the Geospatial Internship (GEO/GEOG 2840) or the Geospatial Capstone (GEO/GEOG 2850) courses which will be taken in the department offering the course that particular year (alternates yearly).
