BA English Literature

As an English major at the University of New Haven, you ll study contemporary fiction and poetry while you explore public speaking and writing for business. You ll develop and hone an exceptional writing ability, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to communicate with clarity and strength through the written and spoken word. Studying American humor, creative writing, film, African-American literature, the Victorian novel, popular American culture and more. Choosing from a concentration in Literature, Writing or both.
