4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
This concentration takes a systems thinking approach to helping students understand the ecological, economic, political and ethical dimensions of food systems. In local, regional, national and global contexts, students study food production, processing, transport, consumption and waste while learning how to think critically about and act purposefully on development of more sustainable food systems. For students interested in work related to food and agriculture policy, food security, food justice, farming, and the intersection of sustainability with nutrition and food cultures.
