The programs in environmental science and environmental studies are designed to allow students to study these and other environmental issues using a multidisciplinary approach.
Common Application. Official transcript and school report submitted directly from the secondary school. Mid-year or first trimester grades submitted directly from the high school when they become available. 2 Letters of Recommendation. English language proficiency test scores - TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo. If English is the first language or if applicant has received academic instruction in English for the past 3 years, they may submit proof that they meet these requirements so that the English proficiency test is waived. US universities use a holistic admissions review. Beyond grades and standardized test scores, they weigh the strength of your overall profile to understand who you are as a student and a person.
Profile Assessment: Science applicants are generally assessed on the rigour of their Mathematics and laboratory-science coursework. Relevant preparation may include Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus or Statistics, depending on the intended field. Research, science fairs, Olympiads, laboratory exposure, independent investigation and environmental or community-science projects can demonstrate scientific curiosity and analytical thinking.Advanced Placement(AP) Guidance: AP availability depends on the student's school.
