Program Overview

The BA in French and Francophone studies also offers an interdisciplinary option for students who want to broaden their academic and professional portfolio. Students with one or two semesters of French language courses are well prepared to explore numerous short- and long-term study abroad options that we support with a variety of generous scholarships. In addition, the Dept. of RGRLL also offers the Single Subject Credential in French. All degree options can be complemented separately as well as built upon incrementally throughout a student s academic career at CSULB.

Additional Information & Requirements

Complete each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.3.0 GPA or greater in college preparatory subjects, AND 3,500 minimum CSULB Index to be considered, for non-STEM major and a 3,600 minimum STEM Index for STEM majors.
