The Department of World Languages and Cultures serves a threefold purpose: to encourage an appreciation of humanistic values through the study of world languages, literatures, and cultures; to teach world languages as a means of communication; and to prepare students for academic careers and the opportunities available in the field of international business.

Students will be evaluated based on their GPA, including satisfactory completion of the Required High School Curriculum and all other requested documentation. Students who have SAT or ACT scores may still submit them.
