Program Overview

A French and Francophone Studies major offers students the option of integrating selected courses from across the curriculum for an interdisciplinary focus. French and Francophone Studies majors are expected to study abroad in a French speaking part of the world for a semester. An active French club provides a space outside the classroom where students can enjoy various aspects of contemporary Francophone culture, including film and music.

Official secondary High School school academic records, original and certified translations, Official Test Scores SAT or ACT, If English is not your native language, you must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores, and this is required of all freshmen applicants, English Language requirements: Minimum scores for each test: IELTS: 6.5 or higher, TOEFL Paper: 577 or higher, TOEFL Computer: 233 or higher, TOEFL Internet: 90 or higher, Certification of Finances form, letter from a bank official or bank statements, Proof of Financial Support, letter of recommendation from a guidance, personal statement or essay
