Program Overview

The program offers several pathways to certificate and degree achievement: A Certificate in Professional Competence in Italian Language; a Minor in Italian Studies; the Bachelor of Arts and the Master of Arts degrees in Italian Studies, as well as the Single Subject Teaching Credential in Italian. Our program offers a number of scholarship opportunities through the generosity of our donors and the George L. Graziadio Center, which organizes lectures, cultural events, and workshops that connect our students with the many facets of Italian Studies that can lead to future careers.

Additional Information & Requirements

Complete each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.3.0 GPA or greater in college preparatory subjects, AND 3,500 minimum CSULB Index to be considered, for non-STEM major and a 3,600 minimum STEM Index for STEM majors.
