4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
A joint Bachelor of Science degree of the School of Economics and the School of Modern Languages, graduates are prepared to understand global, economically inter-dependent, multilingual, and multicultural environments. Graduates will have in-depth knowledge of not just their own cultures, but the capacity to function effectively and successfully in a second culture. Coursework focuses on rigorous training in economics with extensive foreign language study. The separate language concentrations include Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. Students develop advanced communication skills, creative thinking, and professional competency in the language through courses and extracurricular opportunities that focus on current issues, classic literature, business applications, and cross-cultural perspectives.
