For English proficiency test : score from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), which is not more than 2 years old and on which a minimum score of 563 (paperbased) or 85 (internetbased) with a minimum score of 17 in each section, has been earned;Applicants who complete the IELTS may have an official score report, which is not more than 2 years old and on which a minimum score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each section, has been earned.
