Program Overview

The major should also be developed with a consideration to the range of post-graduate study or career opportunities it will establish for the student. Students work with two or more faculty members to design a course of study for the proposed major that combines work in several departments. In most cases, the proposal is developed during the sophomore year and must be submitted to the Curriculum Committee for approval.
