This usually is determined by a score of 61 (internet test) or 500 (paper test) or better on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or by proficiency at the 112 level or better from one of the ELS (English Language Schools) language centers in the United States, or by proficiency at the 6.0 BAnd or above on the International English Language Testing Service (IELTS), Verification of applicant s ability to meet educational costs.
