Program Overview

Our Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality (STH) curriculum prepares students for a variety of management positions and supporting roles in the hospitality and tourism fields. Through coursework, hands-on team projects, experiential learning, and global experiences, STH graduates are made ready to pursue leadership opportunities in hotels, restaurants, conference and travel services, and tourist attractions. Beyond fulfilling the core program classes, students are required to document a minimum of 600 hours of industry work experience and are encouraged to study abroad on a short-term or semester-long basis.
