Program Overview

The Sports Management major is designed for students seeking careers as administrators with professional sports teams or as business analysts with corporations in the sports industry. Some of these students may seek positions as coaches. Graduates will also be prepared to enter master's programs in sports administration. The Sports Management program will provide you with a strong foundation in Management, with additional coursework in sports management and sports law. Majors in this program will be taught by faculty with decades of experience in management and in working with sports at all levels, including the National Football League Players Association. You will also have an opportunity to engage with renowned guest lecturers who work as agents, advisors and legal counsel at various levels of athletics.
