Program Overview

Students will obtain a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while studying exercise physiology, fitness assessment and behavior modification specific to healthy population groups without disease. They will focus on safe and effective exercise prescriptions for sedentary individuals, exercisers and athletes. The purpose of the degree is to examine how physical activity, nutrition and lifestyle affect health, exercise capacity and optimal sport performance.
