Communication is part of everyday life and therefore, very important, but too often the experience of communication has become ordinary. Judson University’s communication studies major will help you recognize the means of communication as extraordinary gifts and become an extraordinary communicator.
The Communication Studies major combines aspects of many different fields–writing, literature, speaking, media studies–to provide students with a well-rounded focus in communication. Teaching through the study of communication theory and the practice of performance while working in on-campus studio spaces, students are enabled to succeed in a variety of professions. With newly added minors in Sports Broadcasting and Sports Information students can choose from a wide array of foundational focuses in this growing field.
