The B.S. in Kinesiology requires nine units of prerequisite courses and 51 units in the major, including nine units of foundation courses, 18 units of disciplinary core courses, a three-unit writing course and 21 units of concentration courses. All courses in the major, including prerequisites, must be completed with a C (2.0) or better, and must be taken on an Option 1 (letter grade) basis. Kinesiology courses with the junior or senior standing prerequisite require students to have completed a minimum of 55 units. Intercollegiate sport courses may be completed with the Credit/No Credit option.
