Two distinct categories of students are eligible for admission: The basic student who enters the University without having completed a first level nursing program and the registered nurse student who, having completed the first level, desires further study to expand their nursing capabilities to the BSN professional level.

Additional Information & Requirements

Complete each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.3.0 GPA or greater in college preparatory subjects, AND 3,500 minimum CSULB Index to be considered, for non-STEM major and a 3,600 minimum STEM Index for STEM majors.
