Program Overview

The applicant will present at least two years of education from an accredited Community College, College, or University indicating specific subject requirements for entrance into the B.S. program. The B.S. curriculum is comprised of didactic training and 1200 hours of supervised professional practice experiences in a health service and liberal arts environment to adequately prepare a competent graduate. Upon the completion of the senior year, the student is awarded a Bachelor of Science degree and is eligible to write the registration examination of the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
