The School has two departments, Pharmacy Practice and Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, both with important roles in preparing pharmacy students to practice as future health care professionals. Pharmacy Practice is also home to an on-campus full-service pharmacy at Curry Health Center, a non-dispensing pharmacy in the Skaggs Building that provides clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, a drug Information service and a rural health screening program called ImProving Health Among Rural Montanans, or IPHARM. Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences is home to a robust biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences research enterprise encompassing several research centers and graduate programs in neuroscience, toxicology, medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences and drug design.

Rank in the top half of the school's graduating class; or. Earn an ACT composite score of 22 or higher, or SAT total score of 1120 or higher (exception: MSU Northern: ACT score of 20, SAT score of 1050).The TOEFL, IELTS or MELAB are also required of international applicants who are not graduates of an English-speaking university.
