Program Overview

Public Health involves the physical, cultural, sociological and environmental influences on human health. Students will learn how to conduct needs assessments of communities, implement programs to address those needs, evaluated and measure the impact of public health programs, and advocate for healthy outcomes for all people. Graduates will be prepared to conduct population based health work in healthcare systems, government agencies, non-profit organizations and other health related industries.
