The OSU health education and promotion program prepares graduates to provide preventative health services in a corporate or community setting or to provide rehabilitative health services in a clinical or hospital setting. Graduates are employed in hospital-based fitness centers, wellness centers, outpatient centers, and in some rapidly growing related professions such as medical supply and pharmaceutical sales. Health Promotion majors regularly use this program as preparation for graduate study in medical technology or as physicians assistants.
