The middle school teaching option is designed to help you develop the necessary skills for teaching math in middle schools. You will take core classes in math and additional general education classes in the Teachers College. You will take several math classes including calculus, which will be the highest math you take in this option. You will also learn practices to keep the classroom atmosphere positive.
