In our complex and ever-changing world, a thoughtful faith is critical. But more than knowing what to believe, you must know why you believe and how those beliefs are lived. You will learn how Christians in the past have interacted with perennial questions, and will wrestle with new tough questions. With faculty members from a range of denominations, you will encounter varying perspectives as you learn how different beliefs emerged and why Christians hold to them.Are you curious about how your faith relates to your world Seeking to join others in making sense of difficult questions Theology is an invitation to engage in a centuries-long conversation---one that involves critical thinking and active participation. Additional Information & Requirements

The theology minor builds on the required common core course BCM308 Christian Theology and requires a minimum of 24 credits (6 courses).Biblical studies and Christian ministries majors are required to take three courses in Christian heritage and doctrine beyond their major(s) requirements.
