The Bachelor of Science in Public Administration (BSPA) is designed to equip students with professional competencies to accomplish managerial tasks and organizational objectives in public and not-for-profit organizations. Students enrolled in the BSPA degree program study the various roles of professional managers in public service; develop leadership and analytical skills; study policy-making processes; and learn the techniques of sound public sector management.
