The MS in Biomedical Sciences (HBBMS) is shared by nine graduate programs: Anatomical Sciences (HBA), Biochemistry and Structural Biology (BSB), Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB), Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology (HBH), Molecular Genetics and Microbiology (HBM), Neuroscience (NEU), Oral Biology and Pathology (HDO), Physiology and Biophysics (HBY), and Clinical Research.
Each track under the MS in Biomedical Sciences is differentiated by their areas of study. Curriculum is established by each area.
Application A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university Official transcripts. GPA 3.0 out of (4.0 scale) Personal Statement 3 letters of recommendation GRE TOEFL iBT: 80 or IELTS 6.5 overall with no sub-score below 6.0. US universities use a holistic admissions review. Beyond grades and standardized test scores, they weigh the strength of your overall profile to understand who you are as a student and a person.
Profile Assessment: Science applicants are generally assessed on the rigour of their Mathematics and laboratory-science coursework. Relevant preparation may include Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus or Statistics, depending on the intended field. Research, science fairs, Olympiads, laboratory exposure, independent investigation and environmental or community-science projects can demonstrate scientific curiosity and analytical thinking.Advanced Placement(AP) Guidance: AP availability depends on the student's school.
