Program Overview

The biology major is designed to give you a broad undergraduate foundation in the life sciences. Biology is the core of natural sciences where students can expect to learn a variety of information about the study of life and other aspects of science. The biology curriculum is formulated to integrate facets of other sciences into our biological sciences. Students will experience hands-on learning through laboratories at all levels and have the opportunity of working closely with faculty on gaining the knowledge necessary to excel at higher levels. The liberal arts education focuses on providing students with the information needed to guide them in the direction of their choosing and customizing a path based on their students career desires.
