This program is designed to facilitate the use of pre-existing credits in the natural sciences for supporting classwork for students who transfer from other majors. It is also for who want to focus on the biological/mathematical context for psychology study, but to a lesser extent than those pursuing a Bachelor of Science. The BA/Natural Sciences degree requires supporting classes in natural sciences instead of social sciences to benefit students transferring to the department with numerous credits in biology, chemistry or physics or who wish to take their supporting classwork in these fields.
